This is a visual representation of an idea and a character I've had in my head for a good two years almost. I was reading a fairy tale from Grimm's in which there was an image of a hanging described as "a dance with the ropemaker's daughter". Although this is most definitely not an illustration of that fairy tale, it is illustrative of a fairy tale I wrote in my head all about an actual character called the Ropemaker's Daughter. One of these days, I will have to make it a point to write the story down along with many others like it that I have yet to really put into words.
